Customers may return the product only the condition of the product damaged/wrong delivery/faulty items within 7 days of the received goods date. Any delay will not be entertained, and item(s) will be returned to the customers.
We take significant measures to ensure our products are pack properly to avoid damage during the delivery. However, sometimes things can go wrong in such an event. Please take a photo of your item (the faulty part) and include a short description along with your Order ID and email ecommerce@bathandkids.comThe returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together, and the goods should be in good condition if wrong items sent. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
Bath & Kids will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within one month after the confirmation.
